On Thursday 18th July, we took our Year 6 pupils to Gulliver’s Land, as an end of year treat. With the day beginning with rain, we were lucky that the sun broke through and we were blessed with excellent weather for the day. A day of spinning, dropping, getting wet and even more spinning, but most importantly fun was in store for all of us – including the adults. We all had a fantastic time and hopefully brilliant memories were created by all of the Year 6 children. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the children for their hard work over the year. Your say was certainly well deserved.

Again, we would like to mention that children should not be joining any social media sites unless they are 13 or older, however, this is a great guide to social pressures online.
Due to the overwhelming response we received from schools regarding mental health, here are our ‘Social Pressures’ series of #WakeUpWednesday guides. 🤳📸 We've covered ‘Appearance’, ‘Friends and Followers’, ‘Likes’ and ‘Social Media Influencers’.

It's TikTok o'clock🕺🕑 This #WakeUpWednesday we take a look at the popular video-sharing social media app 'TikTok'. What is it, what are the dangers and how can parents & carers ensure children use the app safely? Download here>> http://bit.ly/36v2uNX
