The children enjoyed trying eight different sports activites this morning. What fun!
Today in Year 2, we have shared photos of our older family members and been thinking about how they are special to us. The children used their photos to help draw their family and explained what they loved and respected about them. Thank you for sharing Year 2!
Year 2 were learning about being healthy in Science today. A doctor came to visit to remind us of the importance of hygiene, healthy food, exercise and a healthy mind. We listened carefully and asked questions.
We were thrilled when The ‘Queen’ came to visit us as we are reading the book ‘The Queen’s Hat.’ We asked her questions about her life and found out so much information to help with our learning.

2E had a fantastic time competing in their sports day events. We cheered each other on in the running races and the children won points in the egg and spoon, skipping, javelin, seated throwing and the space hopper race. Well done to all of 2E!
